FaceBox is dedicated to providing a personalised experience for all of our customers, therefore we ask that they follow the guidelines outlined in our FaceBox Cosmetic Salon Etiquette guide.
Following these pointers will help the FaceBox staff give the best service possible to each and every client.
Confirming your reservation
In the days leading up to your appointment, all clients receive an SMS. We respectfully request that you confirm your appointment by selecting Yes. If you need to postpone your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can accommodate you.
We require that if you need to cancel your appointment, this should be indicated at least 24 hours in advance. Prior to your appointment, you may cancel yourself online via the button in your initial appointment confirmation email, by phone, SMS, or by coming into the salon.
If you plan or confirm an appointment and then fail to show up or cancel within 24 hours, FaceBox reserves the right to charge the full-service fee for last minute cancellations or no-shows and requires you to prepay for any future appointments.
Time of Arrival
We understand that everyone is busy and wants to be seen on time for their appointment, therefore we politely request that you arrive on time or early for your booked appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule because it will affect the rest of the day’s appointments. Delays to appointments and services which significantly impact our business will incur the full-service fee for that appointment to be charged. FaceBox has credit card capture activated on their online booking system which stores clients’ encrypted card details for contactless checkout – authorisation for missed appointments, late cancellations and no shows also applies.
If you are rushed for time, please let the FaceBox team know, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. We are more than happy to assist to ensure your experience with us is streamlined and enjoyable.
FaceBox vehicle parking is accessible on site.
New Clients/Long appointment
To secure their booking, all new clients/long appointments must pay a 25% deposit for most services. Longer appointments or bigger ticket appointments such as training or cosmetic tattoo treatments require a $100 booking fee to service these services. This can be done online via our booking system, over the phone or in-person using a credit card. At the conclusion of your service, your deposit will be deducted off the total price on the day of service.
The booking fee is non-refundable for late/missed or last minute cancellations as per policy. However, with 24 hours’ notice, we will move your booking fee can be moved across to another planned appointment time.
Responsibility of Children
We ask that children be accompanied by an adult at all times, and that they do not play on the salon furniture for the safety of all clients. Children are not permitted to attend any skin penetration services – this is a licensing and council health requirement.
All services and items can be paid for using cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards as payment.
